Qunomedical has partnered with hand-picked, high-quality doctors around the world. On our website, patients can find and compare doctors from all over the world for their desired treatment, get in touch with us, and book their treatment right away. Of course, this service is free of charge for the patient. We help patients find the right doctors in the right hospital and make an appointment. Afterwards, we are a reliable partner before, during and after the treatment.
Located in Berlin, Germany, we are a team of 60 international, entrepreneurial, mission-driven and super friendly colleagues. Our company language is English. Now, we are looking for an ambitious Sales Manager (f/m/x) for the UK market, based in Berlin:
About the role:
- You are the very first contact point for our patients and you make sure that each of them gets first-class guidance for their desired treatment
- You do not like cold calling? Great! With us you will only contact pre-qualified leads
- You'll accompany our patients from the first touchpoint to booking arrangements. Afterwards, our patient care team takes over to support you
- With your empathy and natural charisma, all patients feel trusted and are happy to book their treatments with us
- You'll work closely with colleagues from other teams to translate business needs and product requirements into new solutions for customers.
About You:
- Ideally, you have 1-2 years of experience in Sales or Customer Service
- Medical knowledge is a plus but not a must; you’ll receive medical trainings and a lot of help from your experienced team-mates
- You have a passion for helping others and strive to make a difference
- Your excellent communication and relationship-building skills come along with organisational talent
- You do not lose your cool even in stressful situations
- You are fluent in English - any other languages are a plus
- You are known for your positive and teamwork-oriented mindset
