Director of Sales (f/m/d) in Digital Health Startup
We are looking for new colleagues who share our dream: To provide patients globally with an excellent patient experience while receiving access to affordable treatments from world-class medical professionals!
We help patients to find the right doctors in the right hospital. Before, during, and after the medical treatment we make sure that the patient is excellently cared for. An outstanding patient experience is our highest priority.
Now, we are looking for an ambitious Director of Sales (f/m/d) who wants to set a new standard for service in the healthcare industry.
About the role
- Develop and implement strategic plans that focus on an outstanding patient experience aiming to exceed your sales targets
- Lead 3 teams consisting of Sales Managers and Patient Care Managers, with more than 15 employees, growing constantly
- Create reports and analysis to track performance and growth of your teams, including KPIs and budgets
- Lead by example and coach for your team members
- Work closely with Marketing, Business Development, Engineering and Product teams
About you
- You have a university degree in Business Administration or a related field
- You have at least 3 years work experience in a leadership role in the Sales Department (e.g. Sales Lead, Sales Manager)
- You love to work in fast-paced work environments, and you never stop until you reach your goal
- You are a great leader with the ability to motivate your teams and maintain a positive spirit
- You benefit from your business acumen as well as your analytical, communication and listening skills
- Experience in the healthcare industry is a big plus
- You are fluent in German and English
