Tasks:

• Support the development external Salesforce API integrations
• Create and maintain flows and processes supporting account and patient managers
• Support current users, resolving their problems and issues, and implementing changes within their salesforce org
• Support current activities with invoicing, messaging, voice calling platforms integrated with Salesforce
• Release management for deployment changes from a sandbox / full copy of the Salesforce
• Monitoring and maintaining good health of the instance

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years in a similar role and experienced with Salesforce Sales Cloud / Omni Channel / Experience Cloud
• Certification as Salesforce Administrator (confirmed by Trailblazer ranks)
• Experienced with flows, process builders, governor limits, record-level security, sharing rules, roles, profiles, triggers and order of execution
• Programming or debugging skills for APEX, Visualforce and Lightning Components is a plus
• German native is a plus
• You are communicative, reliable and proactive
